Shop - 5th Annual Cyber Symposium

Join the AZ Cyber Initiative, Huachuca IEEE Section, the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) – Southwest Chapter, and the University of Arizona - Continuing Education Program for 4th Annual Cyber & IT Day for Fort Huachuca. This will be a live event, and the event will once again be held at the Thunder Mountain Activity Center (TMAC) on Fort Huachuca. The event will take place on Thursday, February 22, 2024.

The purpose of this event is to provide the latest cybersecurity updates to further educate post personnel on current cyber strategies, and to assist with IT modernization planning.

About Fort Huachuca & NETCOM

​

Fort Huachua is home to  United States Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). NETCOM is the Army's single information technology service provider for all network communications. A major subordinate command to U.S. Army Cyber Command, NETCOM maintains and defends the Global Network Enterprise to enable information superiority and freedom of access to the network in all phases of Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational operations. NETCOM plans, engineers, installs, integrates, protects, and operates Army Cyberspace, enabling Mission Command through all phases of Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and Multinational operations.

Fort Huachuca is also the headquarters of the United States Army Intelligence Center (USAICoE). (MARS). Other units include the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC), the Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC), the Electronic Proving Ground (EPG), Communications Security Logistics Activity (CLSA), and the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Directorate (IEWTD).

The fort has a population of about 6,500 active-duty soldiers and 8,000 civilian employees.
